Winter of 2008

This was our third winter on the hill, and by far the most snow! It was beautiful, and Ginger loved to romp around, dig things up and bury them again, and just run with the cold wind in her face. We even scored a few days of emergency leave from work on account of all of the roads out of the valley being closed due to snow and wind. Notice the snow is just below the edge of the deck...which if you have been here, you know it is raised nearly 3 feet on the far corner. Also note the photos showing the snow all the way down the valley. Usually the snow line is just below our house.
