Happy Halloween!

We are still homeowners in Idaho. That's two deals that haven't gone through...bummer! So we are re-thinking our strategy.

On the other hand Merryn is the sweetest thing on the planet and helps us keep perspective. She is at such a fun age. She is using lots of syllables in her baby babble. Seth is convinced she is saying Daddy. Who knows, maybe she is??! She woke up just after he came in from a late flight last week and was super excited! She was kicking her little legs and moving her arms and telling him all about it. So much for him getting enough sleep for the next morning at work! She is also fascinated with zipper pulls, keys, and phones. Who needs toys? She sits up and lunges on to her belly for a scoot in circles, but she hasn't crawled off just yet. Ginger provides good incentive as she is always curious about her paws and long toenails.

Just a few photos to catch you up...

Can you tell they have so much fun together?

She loves to be outside and really enjoyed swinging at the park.

Helping Uncle Dale read the newspaper.

Not impressed with rice cereal. She is not fond of pears either, but thinks squash is okay.

We got this sled and life jacket at garage sales this summer. Seth pulled her up and down the deck ramp, which she loved. Doesn't she look proud as punch?
