Grisly Scene

It's been a sad day on the hill. We took Ginger for a long walk in the beautiful afternoon sunshine and returned to find 6 of our 9 chickens missing. We found 3 dead birds...only their necks broken...and who knows where the other 3 may be? We suspect the wandering neighbor dogs to be responsible for the handywork...we will miss our layers! Seth just so happened to have taken a few photos of the birds and Ginger lounging in the sunshine ealier in the day.
