Hunting Season

The first week of November, I made a trip to Seattle for work. During my evening call home, Amanda asked me the dreaded question: Guess what I did? Visions of destroyed vehicles and burning homes flashed into my mind. To my surprise, she had made a nicely placed shot with the 7mm-08 Remington on a beautiful white-tail doe from our back porch/dog run. I am so proud and lucky to have a wife that shoots like Anny Oakley. Unfortunately for myself, I cannot sleep well at night, am now prone to post traumatic stress disorder, and have ground my front teeth down to nubbins. My trip to the dentist the other day confirmed the latter. She even had it butchered by the time I got home. Ginger was delighted with the remnants!
